Time Being, curated by Blake Shell, was Oregon Contemporary’s first exhibition mounted after its rename, and heralded the public reopening of its galleries following the Covid-19 pandemic of 2020. Comprised of a diverse group of six female artists working across a variety of media, the exhibition examined the nature of the figure as it is subjected to the passage of time.

Cover
Oregon Contemporary’s exhibit documents follow the same basic format. The cover of the actual book is a full-bleed detail image from the exhibition (in this case, Samantha Wall’s You Don’t Feel That Far Away) with the Ox device at upper right. Exhibition information is printed in one ink on a short dustjacket made of colored uncoated paper.
